As a creative director, my process majors on design and minors on strategy. I studied graphic design in college, but I’ve never felt limited to one design discipline. I’m a generalist, some call it T-shaped, others are like “What the fuck does ‘T-shape’ mean?” As a leader, I believe that it’s my job to empower others, encourage experimentation and create a safe space where they can do their best work. As a human being, I value the beauty of imperfection, curiosity, discovery and Sade’s 1985 critically acclaimed album “Promise.” Is it a crime?
